You do not need to know how to swim to exercise in the water! Water exercise is a low impact way to burn calories, tone your muscles, and increase cardiovascular fitness.
Monday, Wednesday, Friday -5:45 a.m. to 6:45 a.m., 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday - 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
