DARE

The Denison Police Department introduced the Drug Abuse Resistance Education (DARE) Program to the area schools in 1989.  Sgt. Alison Dorhout and Officer Dave Frazier currently serve as the departments instructors and present the program to the 5th grade students at the Denison Elementary, Zion Lutheran and St. Rose of Lima Catholic Schools.  Sgt. Dorhout has served as an instructor since 1996 and Officer Frazier has served as an instructor since 2002.
